Check-in and Check-outCheck-in begins at 2 PM, and check-out ends at 12 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Exceeding the check-out time will incur an additional charge of Php 200 per hour.
OccupancyThe condo unit accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Please adhere to this limit during your stay.
Noise and DisturbancesQuiet hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.
Avoid disruptive activities, including loud music, that may disturb others.
Smoking and VapingSmoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the condo unit and the building.
A designated smoking area is available on the balcony.
PetsPets are not allowed inside the unit.
Any damages caused by pets will result in a minimum charge of Php 500.
Damages and LossesGuests are responsible for any damages, breakages, or losses during their stay.
Please report any issues promptly to the property manager.
Security and AccessFor security, ensure all doors and windows are locked before leaving the unit.
Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.

booking policy

In order to confirm the reservation of the unit and secure your desired staycation dates, a
refundable Security Deposit of 1,000 is mandatory and will be reimbursed upon check-out. It is
important to note that this Security Deposit is an additional charge to the staycation rates.
Payment for the staycation itself is to be settled upon check-in at the unit

⛔ No Rescheduling, ⛔ No Cancelation of booking!The downpayment is non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellation and no show.Strictly no reschedule. Remaining Balance shall be paid upon check-in.Note: Government IDs for all visitors is required for gate pass purposes.
